BaaBaa’s Life and Safety is our
NUMBER 1 priority

On April 18th, 2008 a Colorado support team conference call was called to bring attention to why
the medical attorney refused to visit BaaBaa. The Current Administration is on a payment plan
with the attorney for $250 an hour, which is paid out at $1,000 a week. This means that per
week, she is only paid for 4 hours to work on BaaBaa’s complex case.

Over the past months
there have been numerous emails and emergency conference calls from Colorado stressing the
administration in Athens, Georgia, U.S.A to assume responsibility for their medical transfer case
payments which were beginning to leak over and interfere with BaaBaa’s Legal visits. This not
only resulted in the attorney halting work on The Medical Transfer Case, but also in BaaBaa’s
visit on Friday being postponed.

So far, to date, the medical attorney has put in over 50 legal filings for BaaBaa, including
motions and responses, with the assistance of the Colorado legal support team (Janet, Zenitra,
etc.). She has gotten BaaBaa’s legal phone calls back; he finally received one last week. She has
successfully subpoenaed the B.O.P for all medical records pertaining to BaaBaa. She has put in
ALL of the Liberian information that BaaBaa wanted in. Not to mention her handling the
Montel Williams Show; that filing alone was $10,000.

Even after doing all of this work and not being paid according to contract, the attorney still
worked, like BaaBaa, non-stop, all night, sleeping in her office, even being told by her staff
to go home and rest. After several attempts by the attorney over the course of weeks to get in
contact with the current administration about past due payments, $35,000 plus owed since
December, she decided not to go in.

The attorney wasn’t paid, and lines of communication weren’t kept open; how can an attorney
give their best to BaaBaa’s case in these situations? Which one of you would want an unpaid
attorney representing you if your life was on the line? Which one of you would keep working if
your boss wasn’t paying you?

Due to the breakdown in communication between the current administration, the attorney, and the
Nuwaubian family, we sent out an urgent email on April 18th, 2008 letting the family know about
the severity of BaaBaa’s Health situation and the lack of responsibility at hand.

After the urgent outcry, we were told that over the weekend family members successfully raised
said amount of $10,000 (that was not collected by the Colorado support team) needed for the
attorney to resume her work, and were informed about the entire amount needed to date, which is
approximately over $50,000.

We thank the family members for all of their love and assistance in
raising the money for the medical attorney. We, the Colorado support team, will resume our
Original efforts of raising $3,000 per visit, 2 visits per month, to ensure that BaaBaa’s legal visits
continue. And we ask for your continued support to ensure that this is handled.

Again, we thank all of the family for their support.
We love everyone, and we are team players. We are not into attacking anyone.
